Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas mashed
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup butter softened

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 and grease and flour a loaf pan. Set aside.
  • In a small bowl mix dry ingredients, flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Set aside.
