Ingredients

  • 1 can 15 oz, corn, drained
  • 1 can 14.75 oz, creamed corn
  • 1 small package 8.5 oz, Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a large casserole dish or 9x13 pan.

  2. Mix all ingredients together and pour into prepared pan. 

  3. Bake, uncovered for 40-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
