3/4cupgranulated sugar
1/4cupcornstarch
1/2cupsoy sauce
1/2cupvinegar
1tablespoonminced garlic

2-3lbsfresh chicken breastuncooked and cut into cubes

1eggbeaten
1/2cupcornstarch
2green onionschopped
8jalapeno peppersseeds removed and diced

Mix together cornstarch, chicken broth and sugar and mix well.
Add soy sauce, vinegar, minced garlic and ground ginger.
Set aside while you prepare the rest of the dish.
Main Dish Instructions
Heat oil until hot for frying.
Mix together chicken, egg and soy sauce evenly coating.
Dredge chicken into cornstarch.
Fry chicken until golden brown, about 6-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and keep warm.
Place a small amount of hot oil in a work, or skillet. Heat until very hot.
Add onions and peppers and heat for 30 seconds.
Whisk sauce well and add to wok or skillet. Heat until bubbly and begins to thicken.
