Ingredients
1can20 oz, pineapple chunks, drained
1can21 oz, cherry pie pudding
1teaspoonvanilla extract
1box15.25 oz, yellow cake mix
1/2cup1 stick, butter, melted
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Dump pineapple into the baking dish.
Layer Cherry Pie Filling on top of pineapple.
Add vanilla extract and combine and spread ingredients in the pan.
Sprinkle cake mix on top of the fruit.
Drizzle with melted butter, spreading as evenly as possible.
Bake for 42-45 minutes or until edges are bubbly and top just begins to brown. Remove from oven and let stand to cool until warm. Serve.
