10ouncesBaby Spinachchopped
1 16ouncecontainer sour cream
8ouncescream cheesesoftened
1cupmayonnaise
1 8ouncepackage vegetable soup mix
3green onionsscallions, chopped (optional)
1large Italian bread loaf
Instructions
Stir together the spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, soup mix, water chestnuts, and green onions until well combined. Cover and store the bowl in the refrigerator for at least two hours.
While the dip is chilling, cut the center out of the bread loaf, making sure not to cut all the way through the loaf. Remove the middle of the loaf and cut the pieces into bite-sized cubes.
When ready to serve, spoon the chilled dip into the bread bowl and serve with the bread cubes for dipping.
