This creamy Knorr Spinach Dip is a classic appetizer for any occasion! A party favorite, it's great to make ahead of time and serve in a bread bowl with a variety of dipping options!

Ingredients

  • 10 ounces Baby Spinach chopped
  • 1 16 ounce container sour cream
  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 8 ounce package vegetable soup mix
  • 3 green onions scallions, chopped (optional)
  • 1 large Italian bread loaf

Instructions

  • Stir together the spinach, sour cream, mayonnaise, cream cheese, soup mix, water chestnuts, and green onions until well combined. Cover and store the bowl in the refrigerator for at least two hours.

  • While the dip is chilling, cut the center out of the bread loaf, making sure not to cut all the way through the loaf. Remove the middle of the loaf and cut the pieces into bite-sized cubes.
  • When ready to serve, spoon the chilled dip into the bread bowl and serve with the bread cubes for dipping.
