Ingredients

  • 1 large can 29 oz, pumpkin puree
  • 1 can 12 oz, evaporated milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 box 15.25 oz, spice cake
  • 1 stick 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 2/3 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs.
    Combine Pumpkin, milk and eggs.
  • Add sugars. Mix well.
    Add Sugars to dump cake.
  • Add cinnamon, ginger, salt and cloves and mix well.
    Add spices to dump cake.
  • Spread into prepared pan.
    Spread batter in the baking dish.
  • Mix together cake mix and butter. Mixture will be crumbly. Sprinkle on top of cake.

  • Bake for 50-60 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and center is set. Let cool before serving.
