Ingredients
1large can29 oz, pumpkin puree
1can12 oz, evaporated milk
3eggs
1/2cupgranulated sugar
1/2cupbrown sugar
1teaspoonground cinnamon
1/2teaspoonground ginger
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoonground cloves
1box15.25 oz, spice cake
1stick1/2 cup butter, melted
2/3cupchopped pecans
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 cake pan with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs.
Add sugars. Mix well.
Add cinnamon, ginger, salt and cloves and mix well.
Spread into prepared pan.
Mix together cake mix and butter. Mixture will be crumbly. Sprinkle on top of cake.
Add chopped pecans.
Bake for 50-60 minutes or until edges are lightly browned and center is set. Let cool before serving.
