1 6ouncepackage baby spinach leaveschopped
2tablespoonsbutter
1/2small onionfinely chopped
1clovegarlicminced
1/4cupmilk
8large eggs
1/4cupshredded mozzarella cheese
¼cupshredded parmesan cheese
1teaspoonfresh thymefinely chopped
1teaspoonfresh basilfinely chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat until melted. Add the onion and garlic and saute until tender.
