Ingredients

  • 1 6 ounce package baby spinach leaves chopped
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 small onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 8 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh basil finely chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Heat the butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat until melted. Add the onion and garlic and saute until tender.
