Ham and Noodle Casserole

This Ham and Noodle Casserole is a super easy family dinner for busy weeknights. With only 6 ingredients, it only takes 10 minutes to prepare and has tender egg noodles, broccoli and chunks of ham baked in a cream sauce! This is what comfort food is all about! And it's a great use for leftover ham!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces egg noodles cooked
  • 1 1/2 cups chopped ham
  • 1 package frozen chopped broccoli
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken
  • 1/2 cup milk

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray a baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Cook egg noodles according to package directions. Drain water and set aside.
  • Spread half the noodles in the bottom of the casserole dish.

  • Top with half the broccoli florets, half the cheese, and half the ham.

  • Repeat the layers.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together and stir the cream of chicken and milk.

  • Spoon the mixture over all the ingredients.

  • Bake for 30 minutes, until the cheese is melted and the sauce is bubbling.
