8 ounces egg noodles cooked 1 pound ground beef 1 small onion finely chopped 2 cloves garlic minced 1 10.5 ounce can cream of mushroom soup 1 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup 1 4 ounce can sliced mushrooms 1/2 cup sour cream 1/2 cup milk 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 1 tablespoon melted butter Salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Brown ground beef with the onion and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Drain grease.
When the ground beef mixture is cooked through, add the soups, sour cream, and milk. Stir to mix.
Spread the cooked egg noodles in an even layer in the casserole dish.
Top the noodles with the soup mixture.
Stir together the breadcrumbs and melted butter and sprinkle the mixture over the top of the casserole.
Bake in the preheated oven for 40 minutes until the breadcrumbs are golden brown and the sauce is bubbling.
