Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon white sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup butter 1 stick cold and cubed
  • 1 cup buttermilk

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.
  • Add flour, baking powder, sugar and salt to a food processor and process for 5 seconds or until mixed through.
