Ingredients
8ouncesshells pastaprepared
1 10-ouncepackage of cherry tomatoesquartered
2tablespoonsfresh basilroughly chopped
1/3cupshredded parmesan cheese
For the Dressing:
2tablespoonswhite wine vinegar
2tablespoonsolive oil
2clovesgarlicminced
1tablespoonItalian seasoning
Instructions
When the pasta is finished cooking, drain and run it under cold water and set it aside to cool completely.
Combine the cold pasta with the cherry tomatoes, basil, and parmesan cheese. Stir until well mixed.
Prepare the dressing by whisking together the white wine vinegar, olive oil, garlic, and Italian seasoning until combined.
Pour the mixture over the top of the pasta and toss to coat.
Cover and store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
