Cake Mix Snickerdoodles

Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups vanilla cake mix
- ¼ cup butter melted and cooled
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- In a large bowl, mix together cake mix, butter and egg. Mix until a thick cookie batter forms.
- In a separate small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon.
- Roll the cookie dough into one inch spheres and coat each one in the sugar and cinnamon mixture by rolling it.
- Place each cookie sphere gently onto a non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes and allow to cool on rolling rack.
