Ingredients
2.5CupsBisquick
1/2CupSour Cream
1/2Cup7 Up or other Lemon-Lime Soda
1/4 CupButter
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Melt 1/4 cup butter in a small dish.
Pour 2 Cups of Bisquick in a medium sized bowl and add the sour cream.
Then add the 1/2 Cup of 7 Up.
Gently fold together. Be careful not to overmix.
Pour 1/4 cup of Bisquick on the counter or cutting board. Dump the batter on top of it.
Pour the last 1/4 cup of Bisquick on top of the Bisquick mixture. Gently work it into the mixture. Gently flatten it out to be about 1 inch thick. Cut the mixture into biscuit sized circles using a cooking cutter, glass rim, etc.
Pour 1/4 cup of melted butter into the bottom of a 9X9 pan. Add the biscuits to the pan.
Bake at 425 for 12-14 minutes, or until Biscuits are golden brown on top.
