Ham Salad Dip

This easy Ham Salad Dip needs only 5 ingredients to make a tasty dish that is perfect for any occasion. From the holiday celebrations to a casual cookout, this Ham Salad combines sweet and salty ham with crunchy vegetables and tangy mayonnaise for an awesome combination.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sliced honey ham (about 3 cups shredded) sliced honey ham (about 3 cups shredded)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup minced celery
  • 2 tablespoons sweet relish
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard
  • pepper
  • crackers for dipping

Instructions

  • Add ham to a food processor and pulse about 10 times until ham is shredded but not mush. Spoon into a large mixing bowl.
  • Add mayonnaise, celery, relish, and mustard.
  • Mix well.
  • Season with pepper.
  • Cover and refrigerate for an hour or overnight.
  • Mix well before serving with crackers.

Notes

No need to be shy about trying different things with this recipe. You can certainly add come shredded cheese to your ham salad or even some diced up hard boiled egg. Or, if you need this to be a more substantial meal, you could also make it into a Pasta Salad by adding some macaroni, rotini or penne to it!
