Ingredients

  • 1 package 32 oz, frozen meatballs
  • fully cooked meatballs, but keep frozen
  • 2 tablespoons minced onion dry
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup half and half
  • home style noodles cooked and kept warm
  • fresh parsley to garnish

Instructions

  • Mix broth and Worcestershire sauce together in a small bowl.
    Combine broth and worcestershire
  • Spray slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. Add meatballs. Sprinkle onions and nutmeg on meatballs.

  • Pour broth mix over meatballs and mix.

  • Heat on low for 3-4 hours, stirring every hour or so until heated through.
  • in a small bowl, mix half and half and sour cream. Pour over meatballs and mix well. Continue to heat for an additional 10 minutes or until heated through.
