Ingredients

  • 1 can 15 oz, corn, drained
  • 1 can 14.75 oz, creamed corn
  • 1 small package 8.5 oz, Jiffy corn muffin mix
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 2 eggs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 and grease a large casserole dish or 9x13 pan.
  • Mix together corn muffin mix and sugar.
    Combine Corn mix and sugar.
  • Add canned corn.
    add corn to corn mix and sugar.
  • Add creamed corn to casserole ingredients.

  • Add melted butter.
