- 1 can 15 oz, corn, drained
- 1 can 14.75 oz, creamed corn
- 1 small package 8.5 oz, Jiffy corn muffin mix
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup melted butter
- 2 eggs
Preheat oven to 350 and grease a large casserole dish or 9x13 pan.
Mix together corn muffin mix and sugar.
Add canned corn.
Add creamed corn to casserole ingredients.
Add melted butter.
Add milk, sour cream and eggs to casserole.
Pour casserole into prepared baking dish.
Bake, uncovered for 40-55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
