Cookie Salad
This Cookie Salad is a simple, easy recipe that can work as a dessert or a side dish. Mandarin oranges and pineapples are mixed in a fluffy, whipped pudding and topped with Fudge Stripe Cookies. Trust us, it works!

1 small box 3.4 oz, instant vanilla pudding mix 1 cup buttermilk 1 small tub 8 oz, whipped topping, thawed 1 can 20 oz, crushed pineapple, drained well 1 can 10-11 oz, mandarin oranges, drained 10 fudge stripe cookies
Add pudding and buttermilk to a bowl and whisk well.
Fold in whipped topping and stir.
Add pineapple and oranges and mix until combined well.
Place into a serving bowl and cover. Refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
Just before serving, break apart cookies and crumble them on top of the cookie salad. Serve.
