This Cookie Salad is a simple, easy recipe that can work as a dessert or a side dish. Mandarin oranges and pineapples are mixed in a fluffy, whipped pudding and topped with Fudge Stripe Cookies. Trust us, it works!

Ingredients

  • 1 small box 3.4 oz, instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 small tub 8 oz, whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 can 20 oz, crushed pineapple, drained well
  • 1 can 10-11 oz, mandarin oranges, drained
  • 10 fudge stripe cookies

Instructions

  • Add pudding and buttermilk to a bowl and whisk well.
