Ingredients

Brownie Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Butter Unsalted, Melted
  • 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
  • 2/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
  • 2 Eggs Room Temperature
  • 1 Cup Flour
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Banana Filling Ingredients

  • 8 Oz Cream Cheese
  • 1 Egg Room Temperature
  • 3.4 Oz Banana Pudding mix

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter and white sugar.

  • Add Brown sugar.

  • Add Flour and salt to the pudding mixture.

  • Add eggs and mix well.

  • Pour mixture into prepare 9X9 baking pan, saving about 20% of it.

  • Combine all the ingredients for the Banana Mixture.

  • Add dollops of the banana pudding mixture on top of the brownie mixture. Take a butter knife and swirl them around.

  • Pour the rest of the brownie mixture on top.
    Mix pudding and brownie batter.
  • Bake for 40 minutes, or until edges start to brown and center starts to firm.
