Banana Pudding Brownies
Soft, chewy Blondie Brownies are swirled with a banana cheesecake mixture. A delicious treat for any occasion!

Brownie Ingredients
- 1/2 Cup Butter Unsalted, Melted
- 1/3 Cup Brown Sugar
- 2/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
- 2 Eggs Room Temperature
- 1 Cup Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tsp Vanilla Extract
Banana Filling Ingredients
- 8 Oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Egg Room Temperature
- 3.4 Oz Banana Pudding mix
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Combine butter and white sugar.
Add Brown sugar.
Add Flour and salt to the pudding mixture.
Add Vanilla Extract and mix well.
Add eggs and mix well.
Pour mixture into prepare 9X9 baking pan, saving about 20% of it.
Combine all the ingredients for the Banana Mixture.
Add dollops of the banana pudding mixture on top of the brownie mixture. Take a butter knife and swirl them around.
Pour the rest of the brownie mixture on top.
Bake for 40 minutes, or until edges start to brown and center starts to firm.
