Ingredients
1loaf frozen bread doughthawed
1lblean ground beef
1onionchopped
2cupsshredded cabbage
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoonsalt
1/2teaspoonground black pepper
Instructions
Thaw bread dough according to package directions of your choosing.
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large skillet, add onion and ground beef and cook over medium heat until beef is browned and onion is translucent. If necessary, drain grease.
Add shredded cabbage.
Add garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Mix well and continue to heat for 2-3 minutes. Remove from heat.
Divide the bread loaf into 6 equal parts. Spread each piece of dough into a 6" square, if possible.
Place 3/4 cup of beef mixture into the center of the bread.
Fold up the sides and pinch together. Place seam side down onto prepared baking sheet. Repeat until you have use all 6 pieces of dough.
Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and serve.
