¼cupsoy sauce
1teaspoongarlic powder

1packet brown gravy mix

Instructions
Heat the olive oil over medium heat in a large skillet.
Add the onion and garlic and saute until translucent.
Add the stew meat.
Combine beef broth, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
Add to the pan. Stir to combine.
Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer covered until the meat is tender, around 1 1/2 hours.
When the meat is cooked, whisk together the brown gravy mix and water until smooth. Pour the mixture into the pan and simmer until the sauce has thickened.
