Ingredients
1 ½poundsfresh green beans
¼cupbutter
4clovesgarlicminced
1teaspoonsalt
1teaspoonfreshly cracked pepper
Instructions
Place the beans in a pan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and stir often. Cook until fork tender, around 10 minutes. Drain.
When the beans are cooked, heat the butter in a large skillet until melted. Add the garlic and saute for one minute until fragrant.
Strain the beans and add them to the pan with the butter. Stir to coat the beans in butter and saute for five minutes.
