Ingredients

  • 3 large bananas mashed
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 ½ cups old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup mini chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and grease an 8x8 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the mashed banana, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until well combined.

  • Add the milk and whisk to mix.

  • Spread the mixture evenly in the baking dish. Sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top of the oatmeal.
