– 1 loaf frozen bread dough thawed
– 1 lb lean ground beef
– 1 onion chopped
– 2 cups shredded cabbage
– 1 teaspoon garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon salt
– 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
