TACO SPAGHETTI
FUN TEX MEX RECIPE!!

– 1 pound ground beef – 1 small onion chopped – 2 garlic cloves minced – 1 packet taco seasoning – ¾ cup water – 1 can diced tomatoes w/green chilies – 1 cup sour cream – 1 16- ounce package spaghetti prepared – 2 cups shredded Velveeta cheese – 1 cup shredded taco blend cheese – Sliced jalapenos for garnish optional

TENDER SPAGHETTI!!
1. Heat ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in the onion and garlic and sauté until translucent. 3. Add the taco seasoning, water, and tomatoes with chilies. Stir to combine and sauté until sauce begins to thicken, around five minutes. 4. Stir in the sour cream. 5. Add the cooked spaghetti and Velveeta cheese. Toss to coat the pasta. 6. Sprinkle the taco blend cheese over the top of the pasta. Cover and cook until cheese is melted, around 5 minutes. 7. Top with jalapeno slices before serving, if desired.
