SUMMER JELLO PIE
– 3-ounce package strawberry gelatin – Water – Whipped topping – Premade graham cracker pie crust
LIGHT AND CREAMY!
1. Add the strawberry gelatin mixture to a large bowl. Pour in the boiling water and stir until the gelatin is dissolved, around 2 minutes. Stir in the cold water. Continue stirring until the mixture begins to thicken. 2. Add the whipped topping and stir until smooth. Chill the pie filling for 30 minutes. 3. When the filling is set, spread it into the pie crust. Chill the pie for at least 4 hours before serving.
