INGREDIENTS: - 1 box chocolate cake mix + ingredients to make it - 12 large marshmallows - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened - 4 cups confectioners’ sugar 2 tbsp cocoa powder 2-3 tbsp milk ½ cup pecans, chopped 1/3 cup miniature marshmallows, cut into small pieces

1. Prepare chocolate cupcake batter according to the box’s directions. 2. Pour into a lined muffin tin 2/3 of the way. Bake according to the box’s directions. 3. Remove from oven. Carve out a cavity in the center of each cupcake. 4. Insert one large marshmallow into each cavity and bake cupcakes for an additional 5 minutes. Allow to cool before decorating. 5. In a large bowl, mix together butter, confectioners sugar, cocoa powder and milk with an electric mixer.  6. With a piping bag with Wilton tip #21 attached, frost each cupcake generously. 7. Top off with chopped pecans and miniature marshmallow pieces. Serve and enjoy!
