RITZ CRACKER CHICKEN CASSEROLE

– 1 10.5- ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup – 1 cup sour cream – 1 teaspoon dried parsley – ½ teaspoon dried oregano – ½ teaspoon dried thyme – ½ teaspoon garlic powder – 2 cups shredded chicken – 1 15- ounce can peas and carrots – 2 sleeves Ritz crackers crushed – 1 stick 1/2 cup butter, melted

– Preheat oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. – In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, parsley, oregano, thyme, garlic powder, shredded chicken, and peas and carrots. Stir until mixed.

– In a separate bowl, combine the crushed crackers and melted butter. – Pour the chicken soup mixture into the prepared baking dish.

- Top with butter and cracker mixture.
