OVEN ROASTED CARROTS
TRADITIONAL HOLIDAY SIDE DISH!!!
INGREDIENTS: –1 lb, 16 oz, baby carrots – 3 tablespoons vegetable oil – salt and pepper – chopped fresh dill
PERFECT FOR EASTER!!
1. Spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Season with salt and pepper. 2. Roast for 20-25 minutes or until desired doneness. Remove from oven and serve immediately topped with chopped fresh dill.
