Here is what you'll need: –1 lb, 16 oz, baby carrots – 3 tablespoons vegetable oil – salt and pepper – chopped fresh dill

 1. Cut carrots diagonally. 2. Toss with Olive Oil. 3. Lay on a baking tray and sprinkle with salt, pepper and chopped dill.  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.
