5 MINUTE PREP!
Here is what you'll need: – 1 cup quick cooking oats – 3/4 cup light corn syrup – 3/4 cup brown sugar – 2 eggs – 1/4 cup softened butter – 1/2 teaspoon salt – 1 premade pie crust
OLD FASHIONED RECIPE!
1. Preheat oven to 325 and line a 9" baking pan with a pie crust. Crimp the edges. 2. Add oatmeal, corn syrup, brown sugar and eggs to a bowl and mix well. 3. Stir in butter and salt and mix well. 4. Pour into prepared crust. 5. Bake for 45 minutes. Crust should be browned and center will be jiggly but will firm up when it cools. Let stand to cool completely or just until warm.
