– 1 cup uncooked elbow macaroni– 1 can, 15 oz, corn (do not drain)– 1 can, 14.2 oz, creamed corn– 1/2 cup, one stick, butter, cubed– 8 oz Velveeta cheese, cut into 1/2″ cubes– salt and pepper
1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.2. Add macaroni, cans of corn, butter and cheese.3. Season with salt and pepper and mix well.4. Cover tightly with foil and bake for 30 minutes.5. Remove foil and discard. Stir well.6. Return to oven for an additional 30 minutes until bubbly and cooked.
