INGREDIENTS: –1 pound boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces – 1 egg – ¼ cup milk – 1 cup flour – 1 teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon pepper – 1 teaspoon paprika – 2 cups coleslaw mix – 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese – ½ cup ranch dressing – 1 to 2 teaspoons hot sauce – 8 flour tortillas – Oil for frying

TEX-MEX RECIPE!

1. Heat oil in pan over medium heat. 2. In a shallow bowl, beat the egg and milk. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, pepper, and paprika. 4. Dip each chicken piece in the flour mixture, followed by the milk mixture, and into the flour mixture again. 5. Fry the chicken in the hot oil until golden brown, between 10 and 15 minutes. 6. Transfer the cooked chicken to plate. 7. Fill each tortilla with a layer of chicken, topped with coleslaw and cheese. 8. Make the spicy ranch dressing by stirring together the ranch dressing and hot sauce. Drizzle the sauce over the top of the tacos before serving.
