– 1 cup all purpose flour – 1/4 cup powdered sugar – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1 stick 1/2 cup, butter – 3 cans 14.75 oz each, sliced peaches, drained – 2 eggs – 1 cup granulated sugar – 3 tbsp all-purpose flour – 1/4 teaspoon salt – 1 cup sour cream

– Preheat oven to 450 and grease an 11" round baking pan. Set aside. – In a small bowl, mix together 1 cup flour, powdered sugar and salt with butter.

- Cut in butter with the back of a spoon to create a dough. This will take a little time, so don't give up. Mixture may look crumbly, but will hold shape when pressed together.

- Press dough into the bottom of the prepared baking dish.

Place peaches on top of dough.

- Whisk together eggs, granulated sugar, 3 tablespoons flour, salt and sour cream until smooth.

- Pour on top of peaches.

- Bake for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 325 and bake for an additional 35 minutes. Remove from oven and cool until just warmed or cool completely until ready to serve.
