BLACKBERRY COBBLER

INGREDIENTS: BLUEBERRY TOPPING- – 2 cups frozen blackberries – 1/3 cup water – 1/2 cup granulated sugar COBBLER- – 1/4 cup butter – 2 cups flour – 4 tbsp baking powder – 1 pinch salt – 1/2 cup granulated sugar – 1.5 cups milk

BUTTERY CRUST!
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Pour melted butter in a 12 x 8 rectangular baking pan. 3. In a small bowl mix together frozen blackberries, water and granulated sugar. Fold ingredients and set aside. 4. In another bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, salt, sugar and milk. 5. Pour the batter into buttered pan and spread out evenly. 6. Place blackberries on top of the batter (avoid getting liquid onto the batter as much as possible). 7. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes. Allow to cool for 5-10 minutes and serve. Enjoy!
