Here is what you'll need: FOR THE PIE: – 1 deep dish frozen pie shell thawed – 2 tbsp cornstarch – ¼ cup sugar – 4 cups frozen cherries – 1 tbsp butter FOR THE TOPPING: – ½ cup all-purpose flour – ¼ cup brown sugar packed – ¼ cup butter

STREUSEL CRUMBLE TOPPING!

 1. Preheat oven to 425. 2. In a large bowl, combine cornstarch, sugar and frozen cherries. 3. Carefully pour the cherry mixture into the pie shell and dot with 1 tablespoon of butter. 4. Mix together streusel/crumble ingredients with a fork.  5. Sprinkle the streusel topping over the pie. 6. Bake for 35-40 minutes. After 20 minutes of baking, cover the crust edges with aluminum foil.  7. Allow to cool before serving. Enjoy!
