CRISPY CHICKEN HASHBROWN CASSEROLE

– 1 package 32 oz, frozen hash browns (keep frozen) – 2 cups cooked chicken. Cubed.  – 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese – 1 can 10.5 oz, cheddar cheese soup – 1 can 10.5 oz, cream of chicken soup – 1/2 cup sour cream or Greek yogurt – 1/2 cup milk – 1 teaspoon salt – 1 teaspoon garlic powder – 1 teaspoon onion powder – 1/4 teaspoon pepper – 1 stick 1/2 cup, butter, divided – 2 cups rice krispie cereal

– Preheat oven to 350 and grease a 9x13 baking pan with nonstick cooking spray. – In a large bowl, add hash browns, chicken, cheese, soups, sour cream, milk.

Add seasonings and 1/2 cup melted butter. Mix well.

- Pour into prepared pan and spread evenly.

- In a smaller bowl, melt remaining 1/2 cup butter. Add cereal and mix well.

- Top with cereal and spread evenly.

- Bake for 45 minutes or until edges are bubbly and center is hot. Serve immediately.
