Here is what you'll need: 1/2 stick, 4 tablespoons butter –4 tablespoons flour –1/4 cup diced onion –1 tablespoon minced garlic –1 cup whole milk –salt and pepper –pinch nutmeg –2 tablespoons butter –1 package, 8 oz, fresh spinach

TENDER SPINACH!

CREAMY WHITE SAUCE!

1. Heat butter and flour in skillet until thick. Add onion and garlic. Heat 1 minute. 2. Add milk and heat on low until thick. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.  3. In a separate skillet, add butter and spinach. Heat until wilted.  4. Combine spinach and sauce. Cook until heated through.
