1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Add sugar and whisk. 3. Add cocoa powder. Remove saucepan from heat. 4. Pour into bowl of flour. Mix thoroughly. 5. Whisk in eggs. 6. Add salt and baking powder. Mix thoroughly. 7. Pour into coated pan and bake for 20-25 minutes. Allow to cool. 8. Place butter, cocoa powder, honey and confectioners’ sugar in a large bowl. 9. Beat thoroughly and frost brownies. 10. Roast coconut on on medium heat for 2 mins. 11. Sprinkle the roasted coconut on top of the brownies. 12. Cut the brownies into 9 squares.
