CHICKEN PARMESAN SLIDERS
INGREDIENTS: – 2-3 Breaded chicken breasts – 6 Hawaiian rolls – 4 Provolone cheese – 1 Cup Marinara sauce – 1 Tbsp Butter – 1 Tbsp Minced garlic
GAME DAY SNACK!!
1 Cook chicken breasts according to package directions and cut into smaller pieces so they fit onto the hawaiian rolls. 2. Preheat oven to 350. 3. Break apart hawaiian rolls and cut with a bread knife to create a bun. Place bottoms into a baking dish. 4. Cut cheese in half and place on the bottom half of buns, overlapping if necessary. 5. Top with chicken pieces and marinara sauce. Place the top bun on the chicken. 6. Melt butter and garlic in a small bowl, and use a pastry brush to brush the top of the rolls. 7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until hot.
