INGREDIENTS: FOR MUFFINS - 2 CUPS FLOUR - 1/2 CUP SUGAR - 3 TSP BAKING POWDER - 1/2 TSP SALT - 1 LEMON - 3/4 CUP MILK - 1/3 CUP VEGETABLE OIL - 1 EGG - YELLOW FOOD COLORING FOR TOPPING - 1 CUP FLOUR - 1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR - 2 TBSP SUGAR - 6 TBSP BUTTER

1. Preheat oven to 375. 2. Sift together flour, granulated sugar, baking powder and salt. 3. Mix together lemon juice, zest, milk, oil and egg. 4. Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients. 5. Add drop of yellow food coloring. 6. Scoop batter into muffin pan, filling it about 2/3 of the way. 7. Mix all of the ingredients for the muffin topping. 8. Sprinkle on top of batter. Bake for 25 mins.
