1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
3. Add the biscuits and stir to coat.
4. Spread the biscuit mixture in the prepared baking dish.
5. Combine the blueberries and sugar and toss to mix. Sprinkle the berries on top of the casserole.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 30 to 35 minutes, until the biscuits are golden brown.
